'I like making firewood so I really
wanted to try the VIPUKIRVES™ when
I saw the commercial. The design of the VIPUKIRVES™ seemed
extremely interesting. When I got a
chance to try out the axe, I noticed how easy and fun it
was to use a tool that really works
as it supposed to. It doesn’t get stuck in the log,
it’s safe, it doesn’t lose striking power to
friction, and it is pleasantly quiet. It’s great
that it doesn’t recoil toward the user, but stops
on top of the log after the striking power has changed
into the levering power. Making
firewood with VIPUKIRVES™ is fast,
fun and safe'

'VIPUKIRVES™ is my most important
tool, together with a crowbar and a pick. I chop all the
small logs with a traditional axe, which I couldn’t
use in chopping large and branchy
birches that I had in my back yard. They rot because of the
delay and had to be burned in
a bonfire, which was a terrible waste of good wood. Because
of the VIPUKIRVES™, I can
burn birches in my fireplace for my guests to enjoy.'

'My husband brought big branchy spruce blocks to our summer
cottage and I was trying to
think of a way I could chop them myself.
I saw a program
on television about
VIPUKIRVES™ and wanted to try it.
After a short practice I chopped the whole branchy
section into firewood. I was proud of myself for doing that
on my own with considerable
ease.
Of all the axes I have tried, VIPUKIRVES™ is
the best and I highly recommend it to
everyone.'

' I ordered VIPUKIRVES™ in the spring
and used it almost daily when I was clearing the
area for a summer cottage. Last summer I chopped several
trees with a regular axe and it
didn’t come even close to the abilities of VIPUKIRVES™.
I enjoy chopping wood now.
Thank you for a great product!'

'My working tools are an old 4-wheeler, a trailer, a chain
saw and VIPUKIRVES™. I chop
even the biggest trees right on the spot and bring already
made firewood home. The
advantage of this is that I don’t need big forestry
machines and, as a retiree, I can get
incidental exercise from practical tasks. VIPUKIRVES™ works
equally well in the forest and
at home and the process of making firewood is simple.'

' I have used VIPUKIRVES™ for a few
months now for chopping firewood. I got the axe out
of interest and was pleasantly surprised from the second
I received it. It was packed in a
box with a handle and included a user guide. The guide gave
good tips, although the axe
was simple to use even without the instructions.
I wanted to test the axe, so I started with the hardest
logs. After chopping branchy spruces
and wet birches I was extremely pleased with the axe. Only
a few times one strike was not
enough, but most logs split with one strike.
For the first time I had an axe that was completely safe.
Conventional axes can slip and
strike the user in the leg, but not VIPUKIRVES™.
It stays on top of the log and doesn’t
recoil even if hits the ground.
VIPUKIRVES™ tosses the chopped wood
up to 5 meters (16 feet) away. If the logging site
does not allow that, then you should put the logs inside
the car tire atop the logging block.
That way the logs will stay in place and be ready to be moved
to a pile.
VIPUKIRVES™ is the best tool for chopping
wood.'

' My co-workers and I bought several VIPUKIRVES™ axes
in fall 2005 and it was all it was
made out to be. Making firewood became easier and the axe
is just as safe as promised in
the ad. You don’t have to worry about striking yourself
in the leg and it doesn’t have to be
razor sharp to work. We are truly happy with our purchase
and we highly recommend the
axe to be used in every home.'

'When I was in elementary school, the teacher tried to explain
how to use an axe. He said
that the sharper the angle, the better it will split the
log. I said that wasn’t true and you
couldn’t split the log if you hit it with a sledgehammer.
The teacher changed his mind and
said that the angle had to be just right. I asked what that
right angle was, but instead of an
answer I got detention for talking back.
Back then, the teacher
could not imagine an
invention such as VIPUKIRVES™. I have
tried dozens of axes and have found
VIPUKIRVES™ to be the best. You don’t
get splinters in your eyes, the logs fly to the side
and the largest part of the log usually stays in one place
so you don’t need to pick it up
after every strike, making work faster.'
